Job Title: Business Design Integration Lead

Salary: £54,793-£60,326 (dependent on skills and experience)

Role Overview:

As a Business Design Integration Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing cross-functional business processes and toolsets. Collaborating closely with our Architecture Office and senior stakeholders, your focus will be on the seamless integration of these processes throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate expertise from various sources, including external specialists, to provide cohesive guidance that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Create models that support business strategies, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard modeling techniques.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of team modeling efforts, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring ongoing alignment with customer needs and realization of financial and operational benefits.
  • Define and execute small-scale projects or sub-projects, actively engaging in all phases from initiation to closure.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
  • Utilize appropriate project management methodologies, whether predictive or adaptive, to guide project execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to agree on project scopes and prepare realistic plans, including quality, risk, and communication strategies.
  • Monitor project timelines and implement corrective actions as necessary, ensuring formal closure and review of projects, capturing lessons learned.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency in understanding and developing processes that reflect operational workflows.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of INFOR LN is a plus.
