**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and creative marketing professional to take an active, leading role in our company's marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will help us communicate our leading sustainability and zero-carbon research and project work to shape the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a marketing communications plan to promote our company's services and expertise.
  • Identify and target market segments, audiences, and influencers to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage media channels, including social media, press releases, podcasts, and events, to effectively communicate our message.
  • Develop and manage a marketing budget to achieve our goals.
  • Collaborate with our directors to develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our expertise and thought leadership.

**Requirements**

  • At least 3 years' experience working in design and construction (developers/architects) or other professional services.
  • Strong understanding of markets, buyers, and decision-makers, including their motivations, needs, and media habits.
  • Excellent written and graphic design skills, with the ability to create engaging content (write thought pieces, interviews, case studies, social media posts).
  • Ability to manage and organize small events.
