Position Title: Business Design Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrates expertise from various sources, including external consultants, to provide clear guidance that aligns with organizational goals. Encourages the development and dissemination of specialized knowledge within the company.
  • Creates models that support business strategies, possessing extensive knowledge of diverse industry-standard modeling techniques.
  • Oversees the planning and coordination of team modeling initiatives, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Manages the complete project lifecycle to guarantee that customer and user needs are continuously met while achieving financial and other benefits.
  • Defines, documents, and executes small-scale projects or sub-projects, typically lasting less than six months, with limited budgets and interdependencies, actively engaging in all project phases.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and mitigates risks that could impact project success.
  • Utilizes appropriate project management methodologies and tools, whether they are predictive or adaptive in nature.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to establish project agreements and develops realistic plans, including quality, risk, and communication strategies, while tracking progress.
  • Monitors timelines and implements corrective actions when deviations occur. Ensures formal closure of projects and conducts reviews to capture lessons learned.

Required Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Competence in understanding and developing processes that reflect operational workflows.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of INFOR LN is a plus.

About the Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) Team:

In this crucial role as a Business Design Integration Lead, you will gain a profound understanding of cross-functional business processes and tools, collaborating closely with our Architecture Office and various senior stakeholders to integrate these processes throughout the organization. Your goal will be to deliver impactful projects and innovative solutions utilizing top-tier commercial products, including the INFOR LN ERP system.

This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and practical implementation skills to manage and enhance business processes, significantly bridging the gap between technology and operations.
