  • Enhancements and Best Practices: Evaluate and propose both functional and non-functional improvements to our current Boomi integration layer. Implement industry best practices, including robust error handling and security measures.
  • API Specification Development: Develop comprehensive technical specifications for API creation, ensuring alignment with integration standards.
  • Risk Evaluation: Engage in Technical Design discussions to identify and communicate potential risks related to technical choices.
  • Issue Resolution: Address integration errors and support inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation for integration designs and contribute to the BAU (Business as Usual) handover documentation.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with business analysts and stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside the Head of Software Development and Head of Business Transformation to ensure our integration layer is in harmony with our Business Transformation Strategy.
