About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Design Integration Lead to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in consolidating expertise from multiple sources to provide coherent advice that drives business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Management: Support and promote the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organization, ensuring that expertise is leveraged to drive business success.
  • Business Modelling: Produce models in support of business strategy, utilizing in-depth knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques to inform decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Plan and coordinate team modelling activities, ensuring the quality of work and driving project success.
  • Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring that customer needs are met, and financial and other benefits are achieved.
  • Project Delivery: Define, document, and carry out small projects or sub-projects, actively participating in all phases and ensuring timely completion.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks to project success, applying appropriate project management methods and tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Agree project plans with stakeholders, prepare realistic plans, and track activities to ensure project success.
  • Project Closure: Monitor timescales, take action where necessary, and ensure that projects are formally closed and reviewed, with lessons learned recorded.
Requirements
  • Interfunctional Collaboration: Ability to work across multiple functions, understanding and generating processes to reflect ways of working.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • ERP Systems Knowledge: Knowledge of ERP Systems, with INFOR LN knowledge being an advantage.
