About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Strategy & Integration team, leading on the business and operations integration program for Amazon Shipping in EU.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Business, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Support the launch of Amazon Shipping in new countries and new market segments.
About the Team

Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Our team is responsible for building the Amazon Shipping Operations integration strategy and implementation plan across all EU.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
