Job Title: Health Professional Complaints Lead

At Serco, we are seeking a highly skilled Health Professional Complaints Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in providing clinical insight, analysis, and leadership in complaints, regulatory investigations, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately respond to clinical complaints and provide support to non-clinical team members.
  • Lead on investigations prompted by clinical regulatory bodies and develop reporting mechanisms to communicate themes from complaints.
  • Complete end-to-end case audits in support of complaints from Members of Parliament and maintain approval status by completing disability assessments.
Requirements:
  • Valid and clear NMC, HCPC, or GMC registration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration, quality improvement, or auditing is an advantage.
