Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Professional Complaints Lead to join our team at Serco. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for providing clinical insight and leadership in complaints, regulatory investigations, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately respond to clinical complaints and provide support to non-clinical team members.
  • Lead investigations prompted by clinical regulatory bodies and develop reporting mechanisms to communicate themes to the business.
  • Maintain approval status by completing disability assessments in your specialism.

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC, HCPC, or GMC registration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration, quality improvement, or auditing is an advantage.
