Job Title: Health Professional Complaints Lead

At Serco, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Professional Complaints Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a critical role in providing clinical insight, analysis, and leadership in complaints, regulatory investigations, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to clinical complaints and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Support the Customer Experience team with clinical expertise and knowledge in disability assessment.
  • Lead investigations into clinical regulatory matters.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of documents and reporting mechanisms to communicate themes from complaints.
  • Complete end-to-end case audits in support of complaints from Members of Parliament.
  • Maintain approval status by completing disability assessments in your specialism.

Requirements:

  • Valid and clear NMC, HCPC, or GMC registration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration, quality improvement, or auditing is highly desirable.
