About the Role

Talent Sure Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Trainer to join their team. As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing best practices across the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to design and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Onboarding Experience: Deliver a consistent onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Mentorship: Mentor new starters to ease their transition and provide guidance on company procedures.
  • Training and Support: Stay up-to-date on procedures to effectively train and support employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles.
  • Live Call Handling: Participate in live call handling to demonstrate best practices and provide real-time feedback.
  • E-learning Platform: Contribute to the implementation of the e-learning platform, ensuring its active use in daily learning activities.
  • Learning Content: Curate and maintain high-quality learning content on the platform, ensuring it is engaging and effective.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Customer-Centric: Thrive in a customer-centric environment, embracing challenges with a resilient attitude.
  • Training Experience: Proven experience delivering training to both in-office and remote employees.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly, accurately, and engagingly to promote understanding.
  • Adaptability: Skilled at tailoring training and feedback to diverse backgrounds and personalities for positive reception.
  • LMS Experience: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and remote training delivery is a plus.
