Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement best practices across the organization.
- Deliver a consistent onboarding experience for new employees.
- Mentor new starters to ease their transition.
- Stay up-to-date on procedures to effectively train and support others.
- Participate in live call handling to demonstrate best practices.
