About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Appello Careline Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of trainers to deliver top-notch training programs to both new and existing colleagues. You will create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  2. Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring that all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.
  3. Motivate and lead our team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

As a Learning and Development Partner, you will be responsible for resourcing and planning training effectively, ensuring that all training initiatives are well-organised and executed seamlessly. This includes identifying training needs, developing comprehensive training plans, and allocating resources efficiently to meet the demands of our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is not only experienced but also motivational and inspiring. Your enthusiasm and energy will be key in driving our training initiatives and ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
