About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Development Partner to join our Learning and Development team in East Anglia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving quality improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and assess dynamic training sessions and content to meet the needs of our services and regulatory bodies.
  • Work closely with Swanton Service Managers and their teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure timely completion of actions.
  • Produce accurate monthly reports outlining regional compliance, key actions, and contributing factors to compliance.
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development and have 3 years of experience in Health and Social Care settings.
  • Provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership to our teams.
