Practice Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Development Partner to join our Learning and Development team in East Anglia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving quality improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deliver, and assess dynamic training sessions and content to meet the needs of our services and regulatory bodies.
- Work closely with Swanton Service Managers and their teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Produce accurate monthly reports outlining regional compliance, key actions, and contributing factors to compliance.
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development and have 3 years of experience in Health and Social Care settings.
- Provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
