About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Appello Careline Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of trainers to deliver top-notch training programs to both new and existing colleagues. You will be responsible for resourcing and planning training effectively, ensuring that all training initiatives are well-organized and executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  2. Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring that all programs are well-organized and executed seamlessly.
  3. Motivate and lead our team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
