Learning & Development Manager

Reed is seeking a skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs to new and existing colleagues.
  • Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions.
  • Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring all programs are well-organized and executed seamlessly.
  • Create and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of our dynamic departments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, inspiring team members through your enthusiasm and energy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development role within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
  • Experience in line management and leading training initiatives.
  • Strong ability to plan, resource, and execute training programs effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
  • Proficiency in eLearning platforms and face-to-face training delivery.
