About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Development Partner to join our Learning and Development team in East Anglia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving quality improvement and ensuring compliance across our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Improvement: Work closely with Service Managers and their teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Training and Development: Design, deliver, and assess dynamic training sessions and content to meet the needs of our services and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all regulated and required training is delivered in a timely manner, achieving a national benchmark of 95% compliance.
  • Reporting: Produce accurate monthly reports outlining regional compliance, key actions, and contributing factors to compliance.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development and have 3 years' experience in Health & Social Care settings.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
