We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Development Partner to join our Learning and Development team in East Anglia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deliver, and assess dynamic training sessions/content as required by regulatory bodies and awarding bodies.
- Work alongside Swanton Service Managers and their teams to drive quality improvement and ensure identified actions are implemented in a timely fashion.
- Produce accurate monthly reports outlining regional compliance, key actions/communications, contributing factors to compliance, good news, added value, and role/regional specific priorities.
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development and have 3 years experience within Health & Social Care Settings.
- Evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
