We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Learning Environment Programme Lead to play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare education within our region. This fixed-term position offers an exciting chance to collaborate with colleagues across various organizations and contribute to the development of a robust clinical learning environment that equips students and new graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to meet the evolving demands of healthcare.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different organizations to gather data on existing clinical placement opportunities within Norfolk and Waveney.
  • Work with colleagues to develop methods for evaluating the quality of these placements, ensuring they meet high standards and provide a valuable learning experience for students.
  • Utilize collected data and insights to drive cross-organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and equity of clinical learning environments across the region.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is essential.
  • You must hold current registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) or an equivalent professional body.
  • Experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve shared goals is crucial.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and procedures is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and effectively convey information at all levels.
