About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Quality Improvement and Clinical Excellence Team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH). As a Clinical Quality Improvement Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing the standards of care provided to our patients, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate ward and departmental teams in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are continuously measured and improved.
  • Plan, lead, and implement quality improvement programmes to improve the quality of care, patient safety, and experience.
  • Contribute to the development of QI management capability and building of sustainable, continuous quality improvement approaches within the Trust.
  • Be an advocate for Nursing, Midwifery, and Clinical Professional Excellence and Quality improvement, empowering clinicians to adopt the QI methodology for implementing new ideas.
