Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Quality Improvement Lead to join our Quality Improvement and Clinical Excellence Team at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist advice and guidance to clinical areas in the delivery of our Clinical Professionals, Midwives, and Nurses Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitate ward and departmental teams in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are continuously measured and improved.
  • Plan, lead, and implement quality improvement programmes to improve the quality of care, patient safety, and experience.
  • Contribute to the development of QI management capability and building of sustainable, continuous quality improvement approaches within the Trust.
  • Be an advocate for Nursing, Midwifery, and Clinical Professional Excellence and Quality Improvement, empowering clinicians to adopt the QI methodology for implementing new ideas.
