About the Role

HCRG Care Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at HMP Norwich. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the existing team and managing the healthcare services within the prison.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the existing team using strong leadership and management skills.
  • Manage the healthcare services within the prison, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Act as a change agent and innovator, planning and implementing changes to improve healthcare services.
  • Provide support and advice on long-term conditions and suggest strategies to improve services.
  • Collaborate with local services to ensure seamless care pathways for patients.

Requirements

  • First-level registration with the NMC.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Managerial, leadership, and change management experience.
  • Broad knowledge of CQC legislation.
  • Ability to undertake comprehensive patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing care.
