We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Macclesfield Supported Living Network. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized and person-centered care and support to individuals living in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support over a 24-hour period, focusing on maximizing individuals' independence, choice, and control.
  • Assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, food preparation, administration of medication, and managing finances.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and other services to ensure their choices, aspirations, and preferences are reflected in their care and support.
  • Be flexible and part of a rota that includes working weekends, bank holidays, and occasional sleep-in shifts.
