Join Us as a Senior Manager of Internal Controls

As an integral member of the Internal Controls Team, you will lead the execution and integration of the internal control framework, enhancing controls across diverse business processes, and fostering risk awareness on a global scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Management and oversight of the Group Internal Control Framework
  • Alignment of divisional and entity control frameworks
  • Collaboration with business leaders to identify and enhance controls
  • Conducting global management control assessments
  • Implementing second line controls testing
  • Monitoring and executing remediation initiatives
  • Contributing to risk and control policies
  • Facilitating software deployment

People & Personal Development:

  • Promoting awareness of risk and control management
  • Networking across the three lines of defense
  • Identifying external market shifts affecting risk

Reporting Duties:

  • Committee and governance reporting
  • Communicating results to stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Essential: Proficiency in regulatory and financial control frameworks, experience in risk management, exposure to the insurance sector, strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to navigate a complex environment.

Desirable: Consulting experience, relevant certifications, and language proficiency.
