Join Us as a Senior Manager of Internal Controls
As an integral member of the Internal Controls Team, you will lead the deployment and integration of the internal control framework, enhancing controls across diverse business operations, and fostering risk awareness on a global scale.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Technical Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and reporting on the Group Internal Control Framework
- Ensuring alignment of divisional and entity control frameworks
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify and enhance controls
- Conducting global management control evaluations
- Executing second line controls testing
- Monitoring and implementing corrective actions
- Contributing to the development of risk and control policies
- Facilitating the implementation of software solutions
People & Personal Development:
- Promoting awareness of risk and control management
- Building networks across the three lines of defense
- Recognizing external market shifts affecting risk
Reporting Duties:
- Preparing committee and governance reports
- Communicating findings to stakeholders
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Required: Proficiency in regulatory and financial control frameworks, experience in risk management, familiarity with the insurance sector, strong communication abilities, project management expertise, and capability to navigate complex environments.
Preferred: Consulting background, relevant certifications, and language proficiency.
