About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our 60-seater restaurant, three private dining rooms, and garden service at Cherryred. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full accountability for the restaurant, private dining rooms, and garden service, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to drive innovation in the service and experience, elevating the quality of our offerings.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing restaurant team, focusing on product knowledge, service standards, and staff development.
  • Embody a passion for food and hospitality, understanding the importance of exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Stay attuned to guest requests and opportunities to exceed expectations, empowering the team to provide outstanding service.
  • Embed our farm-to-fork ethos and kitchen garden into the restaurant's culture, ensuring a commitment to sustainability and quality.
  • Effectively manage guest complaints, escalating issues as necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Create a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of fun and teamwork among staff.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, staff, and guests, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain operational standards, including rotas, targets, health and safety protocols, and other key performance indicators.
