The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our 60-seater restaurant, three private dining rooms, and large garden area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the service and experience at The Farmhouse, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver innovative and exceptional food and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the restaurant, private dining rooms, and garden area, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas, promotions, and events that showcase our farm-to-fork ethos and kitchen garden.
- Lead and develop your restaurant team, focusing on product knowledge, service standards, and staff development.
- Ensure operational standards are met, including rotas, targets, health and safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Manage guest complaints and feedback, escalating issues as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, staff, and guests to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Create a culture of professionalism and fun within the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
