The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our 60-seater restaurant and three private dining rooms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the service and experience forward, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver innovative and exceptional food and drink offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the restaurant, private dining rooms, and garden summer.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
- Manage guest complaints and feedback, escalating issues as necessary to ensure a positive experience.
- Implement and maintain operational standards, including rotas, targets, and health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, and guests to ensure a seamless service experience.
