  • To be a passionate foodie and restauranteur who understands what exceptional service is.
  • To stay on top of guest requests and search for opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, empowering the team to do that too.
  • Ensuring our for farm to fork ethos and kitchen garden becomes a way of life within our restaurant.
  • To effectively manage guest complaints, escalating if required
  • Creating a culture of professional yet fun across your team and throughout service.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, your managers, your team and the guests
  • Ensuring operational standards are delivered & adhered to such as rotas/targets/health & safety standards.
