About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with students who have unique educational requirements.

Salary: The compensation for this position ranges from £1600 to £1900 per month.

Position Overview: As a SEN Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist students with various special educational needs, including conditions such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. You will provide individualized support to ensure these students receive the necessary assistance throughout their school day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Establish strong relationships with students to offer emotional and academic support.
  • Work one-on-one with students to facilitate their learning and development.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to apply for a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check.
  • Registration of the DBS check with the Update Service is required.
  • Provision of at least two employment-based references covering the last two years.
  • Completion of a safeguarding check is mandatory.
