At Creative Support, we are committed to fostering your professional growth. Successful candidates will participate in comprehensive training, including a local and corporate induction, and will earn a Level 3 certificate in 'Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care'. Following the probationary period, you will have the opportunity to pursue the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, with ongoing discussions about your training needs during supervision and appraisal sessions.

  • This role encompasses various responsibilities, including assisting with personal care, household tasks, and enabling clients to engage in work, education, and social activities.
  • Your unique personal skills and interests, such as sports, arts, music, and culinary skills, are highly valued and can enhance the support you provide.

You will be required to work flexibly on a roster basis, which may include evenings and weekends. While previous experience with vulnerable adults is essential, we prioritize candidates who demonstrate determination and a positive outlook.
