Teaching Personnel is seeking an **Educational Support Specialist** to assist students who require additional academic support in various educational settings.

In this role, you will work closely with small groups of students in the school's dedicated support units, as well as provide individualized assistance within the classroom environment. Your primary focus will be on identifying and addressing learning barriers, enabling students to thrive in their mainstream education.

Additionally, you will collaborate with teaching staff to conduct targeted sessions aimed at enhancing student engagement with the curriculum and facilitating progress towards their academic goals.
