At Creative Support, we are committed to your professional growth. As a successful candidate, you will participate in comprehensive local and corporate training, leading to a Level 3 certificate in 'Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care'. Following your probationary period, you will have the opportunity to pursue the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, with ongoing discussions about your training needs during supervision and appraisal sessions.

  • Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including assisting with personal care, household tasks, and enabling clients to engage in work, education, and social activities.
  • We appreciate your unique skills and interests, whether they involve sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, music, or culinary activities.

This position requires flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. While previous experience with vulnerable adults is essential, we place a high value on your determination and positive mindset.
