Care Support Specialist

At Creative Support, we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support to older adults with extra care needs in Tameside. Our purpose-built local staff team is experienced and professional, and we are seeking dedicated, warm, and hard-working individuals to join us in providing the best level of personal and housing-related support to our service users.
We are passionate about maintaining the independence and dignity of our service users and ensuring they live inclusive lives within the local community. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide support to our clients on an emotional and practical level, assisting with daily living needs such as personal care, household duties, medication, healthy living, and engagement with the local community.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and we will provide you with a comprehensive induction to aid you in providing the best level of support and furthering your own personal development. We are a Stonewall Diversity Champion, Disability Confident Employer, and have recently received an Investors in People Gold award.
