We are recruiting for a leading international construction specialist known for its excellence in delivering projects across the life sciences, data centers, and logistics sectors. Our client, with a robust pipeline of work, is looking for a talented M&E Commercial Manager to become a key member of their dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As the M&E Commercial Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the commercial management of multiple newly secured projects, ranging from £50m to £250m in value. You will ensure that all commercial operations are conducted efficiently, in line with the company's standards and client expectations.

  • Manage all commercial functions related to M&E works on assigned projects.
  • Provide commercial support and advice to the project team.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
  • Conduct risk and value management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project financials.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Monitor and manage project cash flow and expenditure.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of post-degree experience with a main contractor or M&E subcontractor.
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in PSCA (Pre-Contract Service Agreement) management.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
