We are seeking an experienced and compassionate paediatric nurse to join our Specialist Care Team at Noah's Ark Children's Hospice. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to children who are seriously unwell, supporting them and their families in our hospice and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to children who are staying with us at The Ark and those visiting us for day care.
- Support children in their family homes and in community-settings, providing families with choice and flexibility.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care that meets the needs of each child and their family.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
