Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to children who are seriously unwell, including those with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
- Work collaboratively with the Specialist Care Team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each child.
- Support children and their families in their homes and community-settings, providing education and guidance on care and management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to paediatric palliative care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of care services.
Noah's Ark Children's Hospice is a leading provider of paediatric palliative care services in north and central London, and Herts Valley. Our state-of-the-art children's hospice, The Ark, offers a range of facilities and services to support children and their families, including a hydrotherapy pool, overnight suites, and a Woodland Walk.

Requirements- Registered Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse Child Branch.
- Relevant post-qualification experience at staff nurse band 5 level.
- Previous team nursing/management experience or experience of supporting students, junior staff nurses or support workers.
- Experience in leading a multiskilled workforce or team or evidence of leadership of a multiskilled workforce/team with support from lead nurse.
