About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Vice Principal to lead our Quality of Education team at Greenhead College. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and effectiveness of our curriculum offer and pedagogical approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the development and effectiveness of the College's curriculum offer and pedagogical approach.
  • Be the College's Ofsted Nominee and ensure the College is Ofsted ready.
  • Have significant line management responsibility, including direct reports such as Assistant Principals, Pedagogy Leaders, and Exams Manager.
  • Lead on the development of cohesive and effective staff CPD.
