About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Vice Principal - Quality of Education at Greenhead College. This is a newly created position that will play a critical role in shaping the College's curriculum offer and pedagogical approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and effectiveness of the College's curriculum offer and pedagogical approach.
  • Act as the College's Ofsted Nominee and ensure the College is Ofsted ready.
  • Manage a team of Assistant Principals, Pedagogy Leaders, and other staff members.
  • Develop and implement cohesive and effective staff CPD.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant and successful recent middle or senior management experience in a Sixth Form College, a General Further Education College, or a school with a significant Sixth Form. They will have a good understanding of 16-18 education and be able to lead and manage a team of staff.
