Job Summary

The Vice Principal - Quality of Education role is a newly created position at Greenhead College. The postholder will lead on the development and effectiveness of the College's curriculum offer and pedagogical approach. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to join our team and contribute to the College's ambition to be exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the development and effectiveness of the College's curriculum offer and pedagogical approach.
  • Be the College's Ofsted Nominee and ensure that the College is Ofsted ready.
  • Have significant line management responsibility, including direct reports such as Assistant Principals - Quality of Education, Pedagogy Leaders, Oxbridge Coordinator, HEE Coordinator, Exams Manager, and Marketing and Liaison Manager.
  • Lead on the development of cohesive and effective staff CPD.
