Lead the Way in Student Experience and Safeguarding

We are seeking an inspirational leader to join our team as the Director Safeguarding, Student Experience and Inclusion. As a key member of our Executive team, you will play a vital role in ensuring students from all backgrounds and abilities have an outstanding experience at the College.

About the Role

  • Lead the Student Services department, encompassing Safeguarding, SEND and Student Experience
  • Manage Support Managers for Safeguarding, SEND and Student Experience
  • Report directly to the Vice Principal Quality and Student Experience
  • Be the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the College, working closely with all Executive colleagues
