  • Oversee, maintain, and validate data, records, and information sourced from various channels to meet business and organizational needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of the staff resource management system.
  • Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating meetings and general customer interactions.
  • Manage the corporate procurement system for the designated area, including the initiation and tracking of orders.
The ideal candidate will exhibit flexibility, a positive attitude, and self-motivation, thriving in a dynamic work environment. To excel in this position, you must demonstrate the ability to coordinate facilities within the organization, foster excellent working relationships at all levels, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and remain resilient under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines. You should also be capable of working independently for extended periods.
