Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Support Coordinator to join a leading Manufacturing organization.

As a vital member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Position:
Client Support Coordinator Salary:
£22,500 - £26,000 per annum

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Annual Leave:
25 days plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Coordinator:
  • Handle incoming inquiries and relay messages.
  • Compile and generate client reports.
  • Organize and manage documentation.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Assist the customer service team with various administrative responsibilities.

About You:

You should possess proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (intermediate Excel skills or higher would be beneficial).

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Prior experience in customer service and administrative roles is essential.

Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email, are required.
