About the Role

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Key Account Manager to drive sales growth in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Key Account Manager in achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Maximise Sales Opportunities through detailed analysis and order fulfilment, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with Departments to ensure efficient processes and customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to drive sales success.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and provide regular reports on sales activities, ensuring data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • A 'can do' attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High Level of PC Skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Strong Organisational Skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
