Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery services.
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure accurate repair timeframes and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Communicate and arrange delivery methods outside of the standard plan, ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders.
  • Manage and resolve delivery-related issues, ensuring the quickest repair and redelivery possible.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Competent in using a computer, with good Excel knowledge and experience with logistics software.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical knowledge and experience relating to used vehicle preparation, with a strong understanding of delivery operations.
