We are currently seeking a Commercial Account Handler to enhance our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This team has expanded significantly over the past 14 years, now comprising over 200 professionals throughout the UK. In this position, you will cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients, ranging from individual entrepreneurs to senior executives of large corporations, while collaborating closely with the Branch Manager to meet strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while reviewing client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for the quoting process.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to meet expectations and compliance standards.
  • Support Commercial Account Executives in achieving high renewal retention rates while exceeding client expectations and adhering to FCA regulations.
  • Embrace a learning mindset, as each day presents new challenges and opportunities for professional growth as a Commercial Account Handler.
  • Efficiently process data on relevant systems to enhance client service, streamline internal processes, and facilitate informed decision-making.
