Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Handler to join our client's Existing Business Team in Andover. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on a key role in handling renewals for SME business clients, including shops, restaurants, pubs, and tradesmen, as well as Property Owners and Commercial Combined.

About the Role

As a Commercial Insurance Handler, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process for your SME commercial clients, with occasional cross-selling opportunities. You will work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the renewal process for SME commercial clients, including shops, restaurants, pubs, and tradesmen, as well as Property Owners and Commercial Combined.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience, preferably with a focus on SME business.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Proficiency in using insurance systems, such as Acturis.
