International Business Manager

Join Twinings, a 300-year-old brand, in an exciting opportunity to lead our international markets team. As an International Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales, working with distributors, and developing commercial playbooks to execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow Profitable Sales: Ensure complete focus and share of mind on strengthening Twinings Ovo brands markets.
- Work with Distributors: Influence and hold them accountable for planning and delivering the budgeted P&L across the markets in this wide region.
- Develop Commercial Playbooks: Equip the team to execute effectively and develop market-level plans aligned with local distribution partners.
- Leverage Internal Resources: Integrate with IM and TWO organisation to understand and deploy best practices.
- Evaluate Route To Market Opportunities: Leverage profitability and drive business growth.
- Commercially Competent Distributor Manager: Strong relationship building skills and commercial grip.
- Account Management: Strong customer service, forecasting, and data skills.
- P&L Management: Takes full accountability and owns order-to-cash process.
- International Experience: FMCG experience and leadership, people, and team development.
- Yearly Bonus: Based on personal contribution and financial performance.
