Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Calibre Candidates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and working closely with our external sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Make outbound sales calls to lapsed and prospective clients to discuss their IT plans and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and manage customer queries.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, accurately recording all sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an internal sales role, with a strong track record of making outbound calls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships over the phone.
  • Strong upselling experience, with a proven ability to work to targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
