We are currently working with a fast-growing insurance broker who now has a nice opportunity for someone to join their Existing Business Team to handle renewals. This broker wants staff to come in and enjoy what they do, and stay for the long term.

This team handles Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) business, including shops, restaurants, pubs, and tradespeople, as well as some Property Owners and Commercial Combined clients.

With highly ambitious future plans, our client has already seen tremendous growth, and we are looking for a Commercial Insurance/Renewal Account Handler who wants to join them on this journey.

The business currently has a total team of 15, with 3 currently in the Renewals Team, and they want you to take this up to 4.

You'll be responsible for managing the renewal process for your SME commercial clients, with occasional cross-selling. There is minimal new business for you to deal with, only during exceptionally busy periods when you may need to take an overflow call. As such, you will need at least 2 years of commercial insurance experience to be considered and ideally have used the Acturis system.

In return, they offer a salary of £30-35k, a lively working environment, with 20 days' holiday plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday. They also do regular staff drinks and meals as well as team events to foster a positive and inclusive culture. Additionally, they offer monthly chiropractor sessions to ensure your well-being. There is a bonus scheme in place, as well as an annual bonus at Christmas. Finally, they provide Bupa private health cover and an on-site parking space for you.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm, and Friday, 9am to 5pm. They also operate a casual dress code, so you don't need to worry about wearing business attire.
